All records are sourced from the NPPES (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System), the official US government database maintained by CMS. Data was last updated in March 2026.
What format is the file delivered in?
Files are delivered in CSV format, which is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and all major CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho.
How quickly will I receive my download?
Instantly. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a download link via email immediately. You can also download directly from the confirmation page.
Is the data accurate and up to date?
Yes. The data is sourced from the March 2026 NPPES release — the most recent update available. Phone coverage is approximately 100% for most categories.
Can I filter by state?
Yes. Each specialty category offers both a national list (all states) and individual state lists. You can purchase only the states you need.
